Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator cum Back Office Admin to support the sales team with day-to-day coordination, documentation, customer communication, and administrative activities. The candidate should be organized, good at communication, and comfortable working with MS Office and basic sales-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day sales activities.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery documents and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
- Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/ERP/software.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores and logistics teams for order processing and delivery.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales and administrative records.




- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and maintaining follow-up records.
- Perform general back-office and administrative activities as required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
- Basic understanding of sales coordination and order processing.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and documentation accurately.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Back Office / Sales Administration / Office Administration preferred.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Back Office Executive, Sales Admin, Customer Support or Office Administrator roles will be preferred.

Candidates in / near Kharghar, Navi Mumbai preferred

Candidates with 2-wheeler would be an added advantage.
