We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Reservation Department at a resort. The candidate will assist the General Manager and Sales team in coordinating reservations, preparing reports, handling enquiries, and supporting day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the General Manager and Sales Team with daily sales and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with the Reservation Department for room bookings, enquiries, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle guest and customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the reservation team to ensure accurate booking details and timely updates.
- Maintain proper records of reservations, enquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and reservation reports.
- Prepare and maintain MIS and other reports as required by the management.
- Assist in tracking sales enquiries and following up with potential clients.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Accounts,



and other departments whenever required.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets and other departmental records.
- Assist the General Manager in preparing presentations, reports, and other official documents.
- Perform other sales coordination and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of report preparation and data handling.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Candidates with hotel/resort, sales, reservation, or hospitality experience will be an added advantage.
