Title: Sales Coordinator (HVAC)

Mode of Work: Work from Office, 6 days

Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team with tenders, contracting, quotations, BOQs, client coordination, and order processing. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing commercial documents, following up with clients, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Prepare BOQs, Quotations, Process Orders, Commercial Offers, and Proposals.

 Coordinate with clients to resolve queries and provide timely updates.

 Conduct regular follow-up calls for quotations, orders, and payments.

 Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Procurement, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.

 Prepare and submit Tenders through GeM, CPP Portal, and other tendering platforms.

 Handle Contracting Business documentation and coordination.

 Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for preparing BOQs and quotations.

 Maintain sales records, customer database, and MIS reports.

 Support the Sales team in achieving business targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.





 Technical Data Sheet(TDS)

Required Key Skills:

 Detail-oriented and self-driven. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability with a customer focused.

 Experience in Sales Coordination, Tendering, or Contracting Business.

 Valuable knowledge of BOQ preparation, quotations, and order processing.

 Ability to read AutoCAD drawings (editing skills will be an added advantage).

 Good communication and client-handling skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

 Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Industry:

 HVAC/ Air Purification / IAQ/ MEP/ Industrial Equipment/ Building Solutions

Education:

 B.Tech or Diploma(preferred Mechanical)(Or any other technical degree).
