Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in

Nashik. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role and be comfortable working in rotational shifts. This role involves managing sales documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Handle order processing, tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Act as a point of contact between customers and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.




- Monitor sales targets and support the team in achieving them.
- Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales processes and documentation.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
