Role Description The Sales Coordinator role is a full-time hybrid position based in Indore, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home.

The Sales

Coordinator will support the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and coordinating order processing and follow-ups. Daily tasks include responding to customer and partner communications, scheduling meetings, tracking sales activities, and assisting with documentation related to HVAC and cooling-heating projects. The role also involves collaborating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate information,



and smooth execution of sales processes.

The Sales

Coordinator will help monitor sales performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement in sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, documentation, and follow-ups effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, support clients, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, including professional verbal and written communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in HVAC, industrial equipment, or technical product sales coordination is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software are preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Indore, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A diploma or degree in business, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
