- Receive and register all enquiries from calls, email, website, IndiaMART, references

- Share enquiry details with Design/Estimation team for technical & commercial offer

- Prepare and send quotations, techno-commercial proposals, product brochures to clients

- Maintain enquiry tracker, quotation log, and follow-up sheet daily

- Do regular follow-ups with clients for quotation status, negotiations, and order closure

- Schedule meetings, site visits for Sales Engineers with architects, builders, PMC

- Share client feedback, drawings, and BOQ with internal teams

- Maintain CRM with 100% data entry - calls, meetings, stage of enquiry

- Once order is confirmed, collect PO, advance, client drawings, GST details

- Create Order Confirmation, Sales Order in Tally/ERP





- Coordinate with Accounts for proforma invoice, advance receipt, and credit checkHandover complete file to Projects/Execution team with kick-off note

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales reports - enquiry vs quotation vs order

- Maintain client database, price list, product presentation

- Support in exhibitions, marketing activities, and client presentations

- Experience in building material, lifts, parking systems, construction equipment, PEB, steel structure preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
