We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Business Development team in handling customer communication, sales documentation, quotations, order coordination, and follow-ups. The candidate should have an understanding of SPM, automation, industrial machinery, or engineering products.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic understanding of SPM / Automation / Industrial Machinery / Engineering Products.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and orders.

- Good documentation and reporting skills.

- Knowledge of CRM/ERP software will be an advantage.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments.
