- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.

- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and offers.

- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.

- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, messages, and other channels.

- Generate new sales leads through referrals, enquiries, and other sources.

- Prepare quotations and assist customers with the documentation and purchase process.

- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery.

- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and update sales records.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Participate in showroom events, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.

- Keep updated about new models, product features, competitor offerings, and market trends.
