Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Alappuzha.

The Sales

Consultant will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their needs, present suitable Mahindra & Mahindra vehicle options, and provide clear product information and pricing. Daily responsibilities include conducting test drives, preparing quotations, following up with leads, coordinating finance and insurance options, and supporting the completion of sales documentation. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle,



and collaborating with the showroom and service teams to deliver a seamless experience.

The Sales

Consultant is also expected to meet individual and team sales targets while adhering to dealership policies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong sales-focused skills, including Sales Consulting and Consulting, to guide customers through the decision-making and purchase process.
- Customer-centered abilities, such as Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage post-sale relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present product features clearly, negotiate, and maintain professional interactions.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred, with familiarity in working toward sales targets and managing pipelines.
- Basic understanding of vehicle features, financing options, and local market trends, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort working on-site in a showroom environment, with strong interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-oriented demeanor.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
