We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRR(Client Retention & Reorder) Executive/Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The CRR will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the availability and timely delivery of products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.




- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records and databases.
- Coordinate with CRM regarding the details of the orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement efficient workflow processes.

QUALIFICATION & OTHER SKILLS:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service workplace.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
