Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their car requirements and preferences.

- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance and insurance options.

- Conduct product presentations and arrange test drives for customers.

- Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, calls, referrals and other sources.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.

- Coordinate with the Finance, Insurance, RTO and Delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

- Maintain customer details, sales enquiries and follow-up records in CRM.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.





- Build good relationships with customers and support post-sales requirements.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid sales and negotiation skills.

- Customer-focused approach.

- Good knowledge of automobile products is an advantage.

- Ability to achieve sales targets.

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Education

Any Graduate

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
