Ø Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documents.

Ø Responding to complaints from customer and give after sales support when as on when required

Ø Maintain sales records, trackers and daily reports.

Ø Support lead generation and customer communication.

Ø Respond to enquiries (in person, phone & social media)

Ø Maintain robust client relationships and deliver great service

Ø Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial conditions.

Ø Follow up consistently with prospects to convert enquiries into confirmed Purchase Orders.

Ø Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database in CRM / sales trackers.

Ø Maintain proper documentation related to customer orders, dispatches, and invoices.

Ø Support the sales team in handling customer queries related to order status and deliveries.

Ø Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain accurate records in Tally or Excel.

Ø Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly order status and dispatch reports.

Ø Ensure customer delivery commitments are met by proactively resolving coordination issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
