Looking for a Sales Closer

We are a GTM & growth agency helping businesses build complete sales systems from offers and lead generation to follow-ups and closing. We are expanding our core sales team to turn interested prospects into clients.

If you're tired of working for businesses that don't understand marketing and sales, don't have a strong offer, don't generate leads, and then expect the salesperson to create the entire business themselves, you'll probably like working with us.

We generate the leads.

We build the offers.

We provide the scripts, strategy and training.

You take action and sell.

Our leads come directly from our own marketing campaigns (Paid Ads, SDR, referral), not random scraped lists. These are prospects who have already shown interest in our services.

What Were Looking For

Sales experience is preferred, but we care most about how well you communicate, how trainable you are, and whether you take action.

You should be someone who:

- Acts quickly when a lead comes in
- Is confident speaking with business owners
- Follows up without needing reminders
- Listens and communicates naturally
- Accepts feedback and improves
- Can think beyond a script
- Takes ownership of their lead
- Is comfortable asking for the sale

Well provide setting scripts, closing scripts, objection-handling frameworks,



follow-up systems, offer strategy and training. If we provide the leads and the system, we expect execution.

This is a 100% remote role, and you can initially do it alongside another job.

We don't measure you by how many hours you spend working. We measure you by execution and results.

Manage your time however works best for you, as long as:

Current leads are contacted quickly.

Follow-ups happen on time.

Meetings are attended.

Deals get closed.

We don't want to micromanage you. We want people who can manage themselves, take responsibility and execute.

Perform well and you'll have the opportunity to join our core team, specialize as a Setter or Closer, and handle larger deals as we grow.
