Key Roles & Responsibilities – Sales Consultant | Jawa 2-Wheeler Showroom

1. Customer Handling & Enquiry

- Welcome customers and understand their two-wheeler requirements.
- Explain suitable Jawa models based on customer needs and budget.
- Provide a qualified and friendly showroom experience.

2. Product Presentation

- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, and benefits.
- Arrange and conduct test rides for interested customers.
- Explain available colours, accessories, offers, and schemes.

3. Lead Follow-up & Conversion

- Follow up with enquiries through calls and messages.
- Convert leads into bookings and vehicle sales.
- Maintain regular follow-up until vehicle delivery.

4. Finance, Insurance & Exchange

- Explain finance and EMI options available to customers.
- Coordinate for insurance, vehicle exchange, and documentation.
- Support customers throughout the purchase process.

5. Customer Relationship Management





- Build good relationships with customers and generate referrals.
- Address customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during booking and delivery.

6. Sales Target & Reporting

- Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and deliveries.
- Submit daily sales updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
