About the Role

NexusTraders Academy is looking for a confident, experienced, and target-driven Sales Closer / Admissions Counselor to join our team.

The role involves handling warm and hot leads, understanding their requirements, explaining our trading education programs, handling objections, following up, and converting qualified leads into paid admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle warm & hot leads generated through marketing channels.
- Connect with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Understand prospects' goals and recommend the appropriate course.
- Explain course structure, benefits, fees, and enrollment process.
- Handle objections and confidently close admissions.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build solid relationships with prospective students.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and closing ability.




- Confident in handling calls and face-to-face conversations.
- Excellent objection handling and follow-up skills.
- Highly target-oriented and performance-driven.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market/trading industry is an advantage.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in EdTech, Education Sales, Financial Services, Stock Market/Trading, BFSI, Real Estate, Insurance, High-Ticket Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Admissions Counseling will be preferred.

Female candidates are preferred for this role.
