- Handle customer calls for refurbished laptops & desktops • Explain products, pricing and available options to customers • Follow up with interested customers and generate sales • Handle customer enquiries and service-related calls • Coordinate with the service team for customer support • Maintain basic customer and follow-up records Requirements:
