We are looking for a Sales Business Development Manager with strong field sales and business development experience to join our team in Jaipur.
The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, client acquisition, merchant/partner acquisition, or B2B sales. Candidates who have previously worked with Swiggy, Zomato, Dineout, or similar food-tech/consumer-tech platforms will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and direct sales.
- Identify and approach potential customers, merchants, and business partners.
- Pitch and explain the company's products/services to potential clients.
- Acquire new customers/partners and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct regular market visits across Jaipur.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Mandatory: Field Sales experience.
- Experience in client acquisition, merchant acquisition, partner acquisition, or B2B sales.
- Candidates with experience working with Swiggy, Zomato, Dineout, or similar platforms will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with regular field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
