Job Overview

PropelMeta Tech is hiring an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Sales Business Development Executive to support our growing IT services and digital solutions business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales and business development, excellent communication and convincing skills, and the ability to confidently communicate with and handle US-based clients.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable solutions, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and connect with potential clients in the US market.
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
- Handle client calls, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally.
- Communicate confidently with US-based prospects and clients.
- Present and promote PropelMeta Techs IT services, website development, application development, digital marketing, and other technology solutions.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate services and solutions.
- Use robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills to convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-related documentation when required.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to client onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal technical, marketing, and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to business development strategies and overall company growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Prior experience dealing with US-based clients or the US market is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently handle client calls, meetings, objections, and negotiations.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, client acquisition, and closing deals.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, website development, digital marketing, or related technology services.
- Self-motivated, confident, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong client relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Comfortable working onsite during night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT services or digital marketing sales.
- Knowledge of CRM and lead management tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and online lead-generation platforms.
- Understanding of the US business market and client communication standards.
