About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify current opportunities.




- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and business development performance.

Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle client queries and build professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also be considered.
