We are looking for someone who can help us build meaningful relationships with U.S. fabricators, contractors, PEMB companies, and engineering/detailing firms .

? #REQUIREMENTS

- Good understanding of the U.S. steel construction / PEMB market
- Experience in business development, sales, and lead generation
- Ability to identify and connect with U.S. fabricators, contractors, PEMB companies, and engineering firms
- Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, lead generation, and client communication
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experience in steel detailing / structural steel / PEMB industry preferred
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Valuable understanding of B2B sales and international client communication

- Generate new business opportunities in the U.S. market




- Identify potential PEMB, structural steel, and engineering clients
- Conduct LinkedIn, email, and other B2B outreach
- Connect with U.S. fabricators, contractors, engineers, and building companies
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Introduce AJ Metal Building Services' design, detailing, and project support services
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified opportunities
- Maintain lead and client records
- Contribute to company growth and expansion in the U.S. market
