About the Role

We are looking for fresh graduates who want to build a career in Sales & Business Development.

You do not need prior industry or technical knowledge. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, confident in communication, willing to take responsibility and motivated to grow.

You will receive practical exposure to customer interactions, business development, sales activities and our products and solutions.

What You Will Do

- Support the team in identifying new customers and business opportunities.
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist with customer meetings and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in preparing and following up on quotations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Learn about our products and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and prospects.
- Travel for customer meetings when required.

What We Are Looking For

- Fresh graduates / 0–1 year experience.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Confidence to speak with customers.
- Valuable follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work responsibly.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Genuine interest in building a career in Sales & Business Development.

Educational Qualification: Any graduate. Engineering graduates will be an advantage, but prior technical knowledge is not mandatory.
