Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Apparel Division. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable apparel products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their apparel requirements.

- Provide product information, styling suggestions, sizing assistance, and recommendations.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of products, fabrics, sizes, colors, and current collections.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is properly arranged.

- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store/stock team for replenishment.

- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.

- Support promotional activities, new launches, and seasonal sales campaigns.

- Process billing and payments accurately,



where applicable.

- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

- Maintain awareness of competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.

- Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, inventory, and customer service.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in apparel, fashion retail, or a related sales role preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-oriented attitude with positive selling and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of fashion, apparel, fabrics, and sizing.

- Ability to work toward sales targets.

- Presentable, energetic, and professional personality.

- Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.

- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak sales periods.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
