Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Kolkata.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, present service offerings, and support the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Daily responsibilities include meeting or calling potential customers, maintaining accurate records in sales tools or CRM systems, and coordinating with internal teams to address client queries. The role also involves preparing basic sales reports, following up on leads, and contributing to local marketing or outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse clients.
