Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Jodhpur.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their energy needs, and present suitable solar rooftop and PV system solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, and supporting customers through the sales cycle. The role involves coordinating with technical teams to ensure accurate proposals, following up on inquiries,



and maintaining customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

The Sales

Associate will also contribute to local marketing activities, track sales performance, and provide feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy concepts or a strong interest in learning about solar rooftop and PV systems.
- Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, including experience handling inquiries and closing deals.
- Ability to conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and coordinate with technical teams.
- Proficiency in using email, phone, and common office software to manage leads, documentation, and reports.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-focused setting.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in energy, electrical, or construction-related sectors, is preferred but not mandatory.
