Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective learners.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses and programs.

Explain course details, benefits, pricing, and career relevance clearly.

Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Handle basic customer objections and support the sales team in closing enrollments.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.

Manage leads effectively and ensure timely follow-ups.

Build positive relationships with prospective learners.

Coordinate with Operations and Customer Success teams whenever required.

Track daily sales activities, conversions, and pipeline status.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling,



and referrals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or a similar role.

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and other digital tools.

Prior experience in EdTech or education sales will be an advantage.
