Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and generate personal loan leads.
- Explain personal loan products, eligibility, features, and perks to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and loan processing.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in BPO, telesales, tele calling, or personal loan sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of personal loans or financial products will be an added advantage.
