Position: Sales Associate / Engineer

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate / Engineer to join our growing team in Chennai. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our engineering team — helping to create solutions that meet both technical needs and design visions.
You’ll
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, builders, and architects
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in both residential and commercial spaces
- Conduct client consultations and prepare tailored sales proposals
- Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth, customer-friendly sales process
- Work closely with our engineering team to deliver customized elevator solutions
- Support installation and maintenance teams to ensure top-notch performance and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
- A basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to present proposals and handle contract negotiations with confidence
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- (Bonus!) Experience in the elevator or vertical transportation industry
