Sales Associate — Drone AI

Region: India and the Middle East

Location: India, with regional travel

Skylark Labs is hiring a Sales Associate to grow our drone-AI business across defense, public safety, and critical infrastructure.

We have developed a portfolio of deployed AI models for real-time detection, classification, and tracking using drone-based RGB and thermal video. Our models are used by end customers through Skylark’s Kepler™️ platform, integrated into partner solutions, and embedded into OEM drone platforms.

Applications include border surveillance, public safety, search and rescue, fire and smoke detection, infrastructure inspection, industrial safety, energy, mining, ports, and airports.

Responsibilities

- Build sales opportunities across India and the Middle East.
- Sell Skylark’s AI models and Kepler™️ platform to end customers.
- Develop partnerships with drone OEMs, distributors, and systems integrators.
- Identify customer requirements and match them with relevant Skylark models.
- Coordinate demonstrations, pilots, proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
- Convert pilots into paid deployments, software licenses, and fleet-wide contracts.
- Represent Skylark at defense, drone, public-safety, and infrastructure events.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and consistently meet sales targets.





Who We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience selling drones, AI, autonomy software, surveillance systems, or enterprise technology.

- Relationships with defense organizations, police and public-safety agencies, infrastructure operators, drone OEMs, or systems integrators.
- Experience selling directly to end customers and through channel or OEM partners.
- Understanding of drone platforms, payloads, edge AI, video analytics, and mission software.
- Experience with government procurement, tenders, demonstrations, or enterprise pilots.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India and the Middle East.

Candidates should be prepared to explain which organizations and decision-makers they have worked with, what products they sold, their typical contract values, and their personal role in winning those accounts.
