Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Hyderabad.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers, provide detailed information about current and upcoming real estate projects, and guide customers through site visits and property selection. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up on leads, conducting face-to-face meetings, and supporting customers through the booking and documentation process. The role also involves maintaining updated knowledge of project features, pricing, and offers,



coordinating with internal teams for smooth transaction processing, and contributing to sales targets through ethical, customer-focused selling practices.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate project recommendations.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including lead follow-up, consultative selling, and closing transactions in a professional manner.
- Communication and presentation skills, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office and digital tools for managing customer data, preparing reports, and tracking sales activities.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, especially in Hyderabad and Telangana, or strong interest and willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work in office, conduct regular site visits with customers, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
