Role Description The Sales Assistant role at Machine Minds is a full-time hybrid position based in Pune City, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.

The Sales

Assistant supports the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and orders. Daily responsibilities include coordinating meetings, updating sales reports and CRM entries, following up with customers on proposals, and helping organize product demonstrations or site visits. This role also involves assisting with documentation, tracking delivery timelines,



and collaborating with internal teams such as engineering and operations to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

The Sales

Assistant contributes to building strong customer relationships and supports the achievement of sales targets through efficient, detail-oriented administrative and client support.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive, skilled relationships with clients.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead follow-up, basic negotiation support, and assisting in closing opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage schedules, documentation, reports, and multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
