Key Responsibilities :-

- Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing customers in the pharmaceutical industry
- Monitor market trends , competitors and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities
- Understand customer requirements and manage enquiries and responding to the customers with quotation
- Conduct customer visits , technical discussions , trials and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with Design , Production , Sales And Service teams for customer requirements and complaint
- Coordinating schedules , paperwork , and communication between clients and the internal team




- Collect customer feedback and support product improvement and recent product development
- Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high - quality support and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales , customer visit , enquiry , market and service reports and provide relevant updates to management
