Roles & Responsibilities

- Should have good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
- Should be able to read, understand, write, and respond to customer and business emails professionally.
- Regularly update Google Sheets with sales orders, customer details, stock availability, dispatch details, sales status, and other relevant information.
- Coordinate with customers regarding sales orders, quotations, enquiries, delivery schedules, payment follow-ups, and other requirements.
- Prepare and send quotations, purchase order confirmations, order acknowledgements, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Monitor the complete sales order process, from receiving the order to dispatch and final delivery.
- Follow up with customers regularly for pending orders, repeat orders, payments, delivery requirements, and recent business opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, enquiry details, order status, and follow-up reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including sales performance, pending orders, customer follow-ups,



and order status.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, customer communications, and other sales documents.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for quick resolution of quality, delivery, pricing, and service-related issues.
- Support marketing activities, including customer visits, product promotion, exhibitions, digital marketing, and other promotional activities, as required.
- Any other sales, marketing, customer coordination, reporting, and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
