- Drive admissions, sales targets & revenue growth.
- Lead and manage the counselling/sales team.
- Handle parent interactions, follow-ups & conversions.
- Oversee daily centre operations and administration.
- Ensure smooth coordination between academic, support & management teams.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance & discipline.
- Manage vendors, maintenance, events & centre requirements.
- Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene & parent experience.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
