Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar/ Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, and promoting the company’s transportation and logistics services. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and quotations, managing sales inquiries, and following up on leads to convert them into business.

The role also involves coordinating with operations teams to ensure service commitments are met, providing customer support, and assisting in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.



The specialist will support training initiatives related to sales processes and customer engagement, while consistently meeting sales targets and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B environments.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support sales processes, guide team members, and contribute to achieving sales objectives.
- Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
