Marketing & Sales Specialist – School Partnerships

Travel: Extensive travel across India, primarily South India

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Marketing & Sales Specialist to represent our educational programs across schools in India.

The role involves visiting schools, meeting Principals, Correspondents, Directors and Management teams , presenting our courses and solutions, and building long-term partnerships.

This is a travel-intensive role — so if you enjoy meeting recent people, visiting different cities and travelling frequently, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools across India, primarily Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala .
- Meet Principals, Correspondents and School Management teams.
- Present and demonstrate our skill-development courses and educational solutions .
- Understand each school's requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Generate new school leads and convert opportunities into partnerships.
- Follow up with prospective schools and maintain a strong sales pipeline.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner schools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demonstrations and onboarding.
- Represent the company professionally at school meetings, exhibitions and educational events.
- Achieve assigned school acquisition and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills .
- Confident in conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations with school leadership.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in school sales, EdTech, education marketing or B2B sales is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently while travelling.
- Ability to build relationships and consistently follow up with prospects.
