Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bankura. This position is responsible for identifying current business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting company products and services in the local market.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, presenting product information, negotiating and closing deals, and supporting customers with follow-up and service-related queries. The role also involves executing marketing initiatives, assisting with promotional campaigns, gathering market feedback, and preparing regular sales and performance reports.



The Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, participate in training activities, and contribute to achieving overall sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
