Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and confident Marketing & Sales Specialist to represent our educational programs across schools in India.

The role involves visiting schools, meeting Principals, Correspondents, Directors and Management teams, presenting our courses and solutions, and building long-term partnerships.

This is a travel-intensive role — so if you enjoy meeting new people, visiting different cities and travelling frequently, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools across India, primarily Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
- Meet Principals, Correspondents and School Management teams.
- Present and demonstrate our skill-development courses and educational solutions.
- Understand each school's requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Generate new school leads and convert opportunities into partnerships.
- Follow up with prospective schools and maintain a robust sales pipeline.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner schools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demonstrations and onboarding.
- Represent the company professionally at school meetings, exhibitions and educational events.
- Achieve assigned school acquisition and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations with school leadership.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in school sales, EdTech, education marketing or B2B sales is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently while travelling.
- Ability to build relationships and consistently follow up with prospects.
