Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients and partners, promoting Lifez Honour’s coaching and counselling services, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.

The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and offline outreach, and support branding initiatives to increase awareness and drive growth. Daily tasks include maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating promotional events or webinars, and providing feedback to improve offerings. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring an excellent experience for coaches and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
- Customer Service skills focused on building relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Training skills to help educate clients, partners, or internal team members on services and offerings.
- Sales Management skills, such as pipeline management, reporting, and basic forecasting.
- Experience in marketing or promotion of qualified services, preferably in coaching, counselling, or wellness sectors.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (CRM, email marketing, social media platforms) and comfort with data tracking and reporting.
- Interest in mental health, personal development, and social impact, aligned with Lifez Honour’s mission and values.
