Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The specialist is responsible for promoting NEA Life’s services, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients across individual, educational, and corporate segments.

Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information and smooth onboarding. The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns,



participating in outreach events and trainings, and tracking performance metrics to refine sales and marketing strategies. The specialist is expected to maintain a solid understanding of NEA Life’s offerings and communicate their value clearly and professionally.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and provide clear, empathetic support.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills and experience in Sales Management to drive revenue growth and manage pipelines effectively.
- Candidates should possess Presentation skills to deliver product demonstrations for clients and partners.
- Candidates should ideally have 2 Years of experience in marketing or business development, especially in education, HR, or related service sectors.
- Master's degree in Business, Sales and Marketing field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams in an on-site environment.
