Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur.This position is responsible for driving sales across online and offline channels, managing customer interactions, and nurturing relationships with individual and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include presenting product offerings, following up on leads, closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high service standards. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, contribute to promotional content,



assist in organizing events or pop-ups, and help develop strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

The role also involves gathering market insights, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to optimize sales processes and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for engaging customers, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive gifting experience.

- Relevant experience in retail, e-commerce, or corporate gifting, preferably in lifestyle or consumer products.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic CRM tools, MS Office or Google Workspace, and comfort working with digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
