We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales and Operations Executive to manage the complete client lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying inbound leads, converting them by designing attractive travel itineraries, and overseeing seamless ground operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Summary of Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, understand client needs, and drive conversions to meet monthly sales targets.
- Itinerary Design & Costing: Craft customized, creative day-by-day travel packages and calculate competitive pricing for accommodations, transport, and activities.
- Operations & Vendor Management:
Coordinate bookings with hotels, DMCs, and transport providers, ensuring seamless execution of live tours and resolving any issues.
- Client Management & Documentation: Deliver pre- and post-trip support, manage travel documents/vouchers, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
