Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pune City, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, and managing the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.

The specialist will support marketing initiatives, coordinate with the branding and performance teams, and assist in creating campaigns that attract and retain clients. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, providing timely support, gathering feedback, and preparing reports on sales activities and market trends.



The role also includes facilitating product or service training for clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent messaging and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and handle inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to drive business growth.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding, coach team members, and help manage sales processes.
