Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagina. This role is responsible for driving in-store sales, implementing local marketing initiatives, and supporting customer engagement activities. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers, promoting products, managing sales processes, and contributing to the execution of marketing campaigns.

The specialist will collaborate with store leadership to track sales performance, support merchandising activities, and participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service standards.
