Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in gurgaon. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and present tailored influencer and content marketing solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and follow-ups, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and tracking performance against sales targets.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align campaign strategies, providing product and service training to clients or partners when needed,



and supporting marketing initiatives that promote Filter Media Marketing’s services. The specialist is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular reports on pipeline activity and market insights.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to identify leads, close deals, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide client onboarding, support internal teams, and contribute to process improvements.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, influencer marketing, or content marketing, with an understanding of social media platforms and campaign metrics.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM software, spreadsheets, and presentation tools; strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Prior experience in an agency or media environment is an advantage.
