Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Representative role based in our Patna office. The Sales and Marketing Representative will identify and qualify leads, present VeloScalar’s solutions to prospective clients, and support the closing of new business opportunities.

The role involves managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating marketing activities, participating in promotional campaigns, gathering market feedback, and sharing insights with the team to refine sales and marketing strategies.



The representative will collaborate with colleagues across functions and may assist in delivering product or service training to clients as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective and existing clients.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales & Marketing to generate leads, build pipelines, and support revenue growth.
- Experience in Training or client education, with the ability to clearly explain solutions and processes.
- Basic understanding of business growth and compliance concepts; experience with startup or small business environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM tools; comfort with online research and presentation software.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
