Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The specialist will manage the sales cycle for industrial automation products, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and post-sale follow-up. Daily responsibilities include engaging with existing and potential customers, understanding their technical requirements, preparing proposals, and coordinating product demonstrations.

The role also involves supporting marketing activities such as campaigns, trade shows, digital outreach, and market research to expand brand presence.



The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate customers and team members on product features and applications.
- Candidates should have basic technical understanding of industrial automation products or a willingness to quickly learn technical concepts.
- Candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in industrial automation sales or B2B technical sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency in standard office and CRM software and the ability to work effectively in an in office, team-oriented environment.
