Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with retail partners, and achieving sales targets for wellness beverage products. The specialist will plan and execute marketing activities, including promotions, in-store activations, and local campaigns to grow brand awareness and market share.

Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, collecting feedback from the market, and preparing regular sales and performance reports.



The role also includes coordinating training sessions for sales teams and channel partners to ensure consistent product knowledge and messaging.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to guide sales activities, support team development, and deliver product or sales training sessions.
- Experience in FMCG, beverages, or wellness products is beneficial, along with familiarity with local market dynamics in Kerala.
- Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum, manage multiple tasks, analyze sales data, and use basic digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in sales or marketing roles.
