Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The person in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks include presenting digital marketing solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in line with revenue targets.

The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery, and providing ongoing customer service to maintain long-term client relationships.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present to clients effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on relationship-building, responsiveness, and client retention.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training experience, such as managing pipelines, reporting on performance, and guiding clients or colleagues on products and services.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic understanding of online advertising platforms (e.g., social media ads, search ads) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
