Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Bhopal. The role involves promoting DECG INTERNATIONAL’s products to existing and prospective clients, conducting market visits, and building long-term customer relationships.

The representative will generate leads, prepare and deliver presentations, support tender and proposal activities, and follow up on inquiries to convert them into orders.



Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate sales records, providing product training and demonstrations to clients, and participating in marketing initiatives such as events, campaigns, and customer outreach. The role also requires timely reporting to management on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive business growth and support promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to explain product features, usage, and advantages clearly to customers and partners.
- Background in CBSE curriculum (school education) is required for this role.
- Preferred qualifications include a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial products sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, presentations) and a valid mode of local travel is beneficial.
