​Role: Selling & Marketing Manager (E-Commerce, Institutional & Event Sales)

​About the Role

​We are expanding our artisanal chocolate business and seeking an ambitious, versatile Selling & Marketing Manager. This individual will drive high-impact sales across digital platforms, institutional B2B accounts, and luxury events, while maintaining a strong visual and media presence for our brand.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Sales & Revenue Generation

- ​Online Platforms: Drive revenue growth across direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce platforms and quick-commerce channels (e.g., Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon).
- ​Institutional & Corporate B2B: Identify, pitch, and secure high-value B2B relationships, corporate gifting partnerships, and institutional supply accounts.
- ​Events & Weddings: Build network connections with luxury wedding planners, event organizers, and hospitality leads for customized event orders.

​2. Brand & Media Management

- ​Digital Presence: Plan and execute media strategies across social media platforms to engage consumers and generate inbound leads.
- ​Graphic Design & Creative Asset Production: Design marketing collateral, digital ads, social media posts,



corporate brochures, and product presentation kits using Canva or Adobe Suite.
- ​Campaign Execution: Coordinate seasonal promotional campaigns, corporate catalog releases, and holiday gift collections.

​Candidate Profile

- ​Experience: Proven track record in sales and digital marketing, preferably within premium FMCG, artisanal food, or corporate gifting sectors.
- ​E-Commerce & B2B Skills: Demonstrated experience navigating online platforms and pitching to corporate procurement teams.
- ​Creative Competency: Hands-on experience with social media management tools and graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or advanced Canva).
- ​Communication: Excellent verbal and written presentation skills with strong negotiation capabilities.
